Through Billy we see just how much of ourselves is revealed to others through our table etiquette. At first Billy seems harmlessly silly.We then see that the many facets of his mental illness are revealed in the changing Rorschach test that is his plate. We also learn that you can say absolutely anything with an upper class British accent and not sound crass at all.
