Nothing really surprising in this poll of which TV shows Republicans and Democrats like best.
Swamp Loggers – with Bobby pictured here – came in as not only the most loved show on TV by Conservatives but also as the least loved by Democrats. What is it that Bobby here has done? Has he been downing homos and abortion doctors under submerged stumps?
Also at the top of the Republican TV show ticket are Swamp People, Larry the Cable Guy, Hot Shot and The Biggest loser. To be sure the surface water shows how well Republicans relate to fat, stupid, Southern WHITE MEN with guns. But when one dives a bit deeper into the swamp we find – along with the over abundance of Republican clowns running for President – the transcendence of the Tea Party Republican Base over the old school RINO country club Republicans.
The GOP has changed, and it could very well turn out to be their Waterloo. In just the past year the GOP has alienated 95% of African Americans, 70% and growing Hispanics, and most everyone not working on Wall Street or who has an IQ above 90.
The most loved shows on TV by Democrats are The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, Modern Family and The View. Satire (which is far too complicated for the Republican Base) and funny stuff including women and no guns.
The least liked by Democrats besides Swamp Loggers, are Cops and Dog the Bounty Hunter. Police chasing down the poorest, saddest, screwed up and SHIRTLESS people in America to be throw in jail making their lives even more wretched than they already were.
