Video: Glenn Beck on Mel Gibson vs New Black Panthers

Yall need to be forced to watch a bit of this guy to understand just what a mindless boob he is, even without the blackboard from Oz. Remember, this is Sister Sarah McPalin’s best pal! [Does anyone remember Sister Aimee McPherson?]

Glenn! The reason Fox News runs the Shabazz video over and over again and MSNBC runs the Mel Gibson stuff (no more than anyone else) is because the Mel Gibson stuff is NEWS and NEWSWORTHY because it is in the PRESENT, while the Shabazz stuff is more than two years old and no longer NEWSWORTHY.

BTW, the Justice Department prosecuted Shabazz and found him guilty of voter intimidation. They  dropped the cases against three others who had no weapons and kept their yaps shut as they should have.

The New Black Panther videos are not only old news but I have yet to hear anyone say they are a racist hate group. Including most African Americans, the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Canadian government and Black Panther founders Huey Newton and Bobby Seale. So what’s new? Other than this being just another straw man for a mentally deranged Republican to rant on and on about to pretend White people are the victims?

The bottom line in all this, which Beck and most White Republicans fail to understand, is that all racism is not all equal. In one direction it is based upon skin color and old Southern lies of inferiority, while from the other direction it is based upon quantifiable actions.

What is it that African Americans DO to generate so much racial hatred from White Americans? The crime is almost exclusively upon each other. Blacks never held Whites in bondage. No black constitution holds that Whites are sub human. No constitutional amendments were needed to give basic rights to White people. Basically it’s that White people refuse to accept any difference in the results of those being oppressed and those doing the oppressing. Which makes all the difference in the world.

On the other hand there is just cause for the so called "reverse racism" African Americans feel toward not only White people, but the way our White culture works against them, including some of their own.

It is about police brutality that they all see or experience all the time, even with out video tapes. A life of more funerals than weddings, for children! Cases of racial profiling they see or suffer day in and day out. Their kids forced into the poorest schools with the worst teachers. Their lives unfolding in the poorest and ugliest crime ridden areas of the nation. The doors for jobs and secondary education slammed in their faces ten times as often as for Whites. As Jesse Jackson so rightly explains, it is the resulting loss of HOPE that leads to so much gang banging, crime and addiction, no matter the color.

Those are REAL causes for angst rather than the theme of Glenn Beck and the rest of the White Republican Party whose racism has been the central factor of American politics for three centuries.

There has been no national health care in this nation – and what little may be coming Republicans are going to destroy because – this needs all caps – WHITE PEOPLE DO NOT WANT THEIR TAX MONEY GOING TO LAZY NEGROES. You Betcha that is the driving force of American politics past and present.

That is the bottom line of our so called capitalist society. The very
basis of what all the screams of SOCIALISM, HITLER OBAMA, LENNON
OBAMA, STALIN OBAMA, JOKER OBAMA, and EUROPEAN NANNY STATE is all about. You
Betcha.

And that is because Republicans are biologically incapable of what I recently saw a clip of Atticus Finch (Gregory Peck in to Kill A Mockingbird) tell Scout.

"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view…until you climb into his skin and walk around in it"

Or my personal favorite from Bob’s Positively 4th Street.

I wish that for just one time
You could stand inside my shoes
And just for that one moment
I could be you

Yes, I wish that for just one time
You could stand inside my shoes
You’d know what a drag it is
To see you.
