There are 7.5 million Israelis, 6 million are Jewish. Mississippi has 3 million people with abut 1.2 million African Americans. So we pass a law (this is important to make this all legal) giving Mississippi to Israel, and to make room relocate all the African Americans to Arizona (with 40 acres and a mule).
Arizona seems to be the only viable state when we consider how very vocal they are in having no problem whatsoever in accepting other races, ethnicities and cultures as long as they OBEY THE LAW. That is what it is all about.
