The graphic here is a generic photo of a pile of about 50 guns, so the pile from the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas was over twice as big. About 120 guns found at scene of deadly Texas gang fight
What can we say, obviously something went wrong in Texas last Sunday for of the 192 motorcycle enthusiasts only 120 of them had taken loaded guns into the Twin Peaks restaurant. This means about 35% of them were gunless. As we know from NRA logic, if they had all had guns this would have turned out much better for everyone.
This going down just as Texas Legislature is passing OPEN CARRY in Texas. Many of the 120 guns were found hidden inside the TWIN PEAKS restaurant in flour sacks, bags of chips and motorcycle enthusiast’s old ladies’ purses.
I suppose we could call the 185 motorcycle enthusiasts who are in jail on murder charges could be called “thugs” but sorry, that word is already taken to describe unarmed black men shot by police. These motorcycle enthusiasts also seem to be big gun enthusiasts as well. Good combo, especially with all the meth. But enthusiasm is a good thing, so what the hell.
