That Saxby Chambliss won this runoff election by almost 20 points is no surprise at all. It is Georgia after all. Though only 20% of the voters participated, down from 65% on November 4th, it was an easy guess as to who would be turning out. The only surprise to me was Democrat Martin using three Rappers to help him along in TV ads.
