It’s not news that the new kids on the block have a billion dollar contract from the State Department. The problem is that they lack a permit to import weapons from the U.S. for their security officers, in order to perform their job thus they must trade booze, cigars, and whatever works for currency on the black market, likely funding Iraqi insurgents. Is anyone else confused? I know it’s silly, They should do just fine – or rather ‘can do no harm.’ After all, Armourgroup still has a contract, as does the evil Blackwater!
