Don’t be thinking for one second the far right is against civility! Listen to Joe Wilson for instance. He has been synonymous with incivility, but now is begging for us to turn the volume down on crazy talk. He speaks of the ‘dear’ and ‘loving’ marchers who were most definitely not – carrying any of those offensive signs! I could have sworn that’s who they were, but Wilson assures us none were carried by Republicans. Those signs were carried by Democrats, it seems that they have joined forces with Lyndon LaRouche and his Labor Party! If you’ve never heard of him, fear not, most people of either political stripe have. In a world of Birchers and other wacky fringe elements, they felt the far Right wasn’t far enough over the edge! Craig Wilson does an admirable job of describing this obscure group, and their goals, who of course have nothing to do with the Democrats – or any established party, but you knew that. You can bet the listeners of Beck, Limbaugh and the usual suspects won’t.
In fact, Limbaugh, O’Reilly, Beck, Hannity and the gang have taken a new tack on the ship of fools. They warn us of Nancy Pelosi’s emotional speech, as interpreted by FOX. You see it is her remarks that are sowing the seeds of political tragedy. Limbaugh again, “she’s playing a strategic game here” he
wouldn’t put it past her to try to CREATE some violence with this!”
