Gold: Bill O’Reilly – or Loofah Boy, named so for just one of his attempts to get frisky with a co-worker. O’Reilly’s lovely and long suffering wife moved out last summer and bought her own home. To most, that signals the end of a marriage. To Bill Oh! It signals the beginning of string pulling and detective work. I believe he suspects something is wrong in paradise. He does know that his wife finds a detective more desirable than Bill. Ego alert!
O’Reilly who has two private detectives on the case, also has the help – unusual as it is, of the local internal affairs investigators. Bill might have dropped a hint about making a donation toward construction of a planned $48 million dollar police training facility at Nassau Community College.
Silver: Mark Neumann, Former Wisconsin Congressman and nominee for a GOP Senate seat. What ‘issues’ does Neumann bring with him, what is his platform? Two words describe him best: Anti-Gay. He has made one ‘promise.’ Neumann has vowed to bring his opponent’s record to the fore. I certainly hope so! Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin’s web site indicates what she is about, and she is not limited to one moronic issue. For example:
"I cannot, in good faith, short change the middle class and and small businesses while asking nothing of the wealthiest Americans and corporations." Other issues addressed on her web page include: Fighting for U.S. manufacturing jobs, preserving the Medicare guarantee, standing in solidarity with state workers and other union workers. What was Neuman’s issue again? Oh yes, did I mention that Baldwin is a lesbian?
Bronze: Christine O’Donnell, has been bounced from the upcoming Tea Party of America hoe-down, where her spot next to star power like Sarah Palin was assured. Apparently they only want proven winners on their stage – a culling process which remains a mystery to me. I’m not attempting to assign blame, but if only you, your family, and their neighbors had purchased a copy of her book, then those mean TPof A people might not have withdrawn their invitation to Christine to speak, and she needs it more than Palin, you betcha! Who – me, did I buy the book? I am racked with guilt.
