With the “one then the other” presidential debate last night between Mr Buffoon and Ms Email we learned that active military and veterans back Donald Trump 53 to 28 over Hillary Clinton, a 25 point spread that as a veteran amazes me, I would have guessed more like 90 to 10 with a 80 point spread, so things are looking up in the military. **
Donald Trump won the debate of course, he did not call Hillary a “fat cow” or pull out his dick, so it’s a win win for the Trump Campaign.
As to the content of the debate four things stood out to me before I watched any spin.
First was Hillary Clinton speaking in military terms about the dandruff of classified material. Finally someone explaining “classified” – especially in regards to private email that needs to be hacked to be seen – is silly crap that would make no difference to anything anyway. A nanonit compared to General Patraeus and his mistress sending classified and secret information [posting the roving locations of high ranking generals and politicos] through public social media to hide their affair and that lying to the FBI about it.
Then comes The Donald.
First doubling down on knowing more about ISIS than our generals. That he would replace some bad generals when President, and the stupid generals we have now will mostly be gone by the time he becomes president. What a gravitas of knowledge on how the military works.
Secondly that silly screeching about taking the oil from ISIS. In which ISIS areas? From Syria and Iraq? Has he talked that over with Putin and Aasad? Take the oil out in what, suitcases? Take the oil fields, pipelines and refineries by “bombing the crap” out of them? And we don’t even need their oil anymore which is still under $50 a barrel.
And lastly, Donald again singing the praises of Vladimir Putin who he claims is a great powerful “leader” who doesn’t take any crap, you know like Stalin, Mussolini and Sauron.
**Hey you want to jack up the intellectual and educational capacities of our military? Reinstate the draft. I spent three years there during the draft and found the only people I could talk to about anything other than Ho’s and drinking were other draftees. After arriving in both Saigon and Seoul at the time I was promptly asked what was the number one song back in the real world as Hendrix and Steve Miller blasted through the EM clubs and HoHouses. I had to tell them the truth. Yummy Yummy Yummy I have Love in my Tummy by the Ohio Express. [Always put the military incorrect stuff at the end of articles because seldom does anyone get this far]
