I am going to surprise you by not taking this as the religious issue it would be so much fun to play with.
I Googled around a bit on this read lots of comments, many of which were that OBAMA DIDN’T GO TO CHURCH ON CHRISTMAS, but no one saw the real issue here but me.
Two people are drinking in a a motel room, one hits the other with what one would except to be a Gideon Bible, a rather small book. The police arrive, arrest them both, handcuff them, mug shot them, throw them in jail overnight to be bonded out in the morning.
My guess is that if the police acted in this manner in all such cases there would be about ten million arrests every night while mother stabbers and father rapers run free.
