Lots of Republicans are now calling Paul Ryan “Boehner with apps” which means no change, no compromise, no solutions to anything but throwing a wrench in it.
That is what the 39 members of the Freedom Caucus want. Of course the members have privately shunned like minded representatives [evangelicals] who are the same uncompromising radicals but who make them look like clowns, i.e. Louis Gohmert and Paul Broun etc. And of course the carry the same wrench as the Tea Party and the Carson and Trump voters.
What is it that they will not compromise on, ever, under any condition? They use a plethora of words and cliches to misdirect the issue like ENTITLEMENTS, SOCIALISM, FREE STUFF, 47%, FREE MARKETS, BALANCED BUDGET, $17 TRILLION, MOOCHERS, LEECHES and so and so forth. All meaning the same thing, that Republicans would rather destroy this country and send it into separate balkanized states rather than give anyone in economic straits a hand up.
As is the case with their dependence upon invisible deities to fix whatever needs fixing, their economic solutions have been proven again and again to also have no standing in reality. But in their minds eye – I know journalists are not to suppose to tell us what they are obviously thinking – all those people on the dole are not white.
