If you know any of these Pot People, on November 6th please get on over to their couch area and lure them out to your car with a bag of Fritos and some ice cream and cart them over to the voting building. Oh, and stand behind them so they don’t wander off all a gaga checking out all that art made by 6 year old’s.
Wait a minute. Think about that now. We arrest almost a million people a year, ruin most of their lives forever with a criminal record so they cannot get jobs, fill our jails and prisons with them all because they sit on couches watching Animal Planet, eat too much junk food, and sometimes wander off happily. Do we put old people with Alzheimer’s in jail? OF COURSE NOT!
But as we will soon find out in Florida, hunting down unarmed African American boys and shooting them is all fine and well.
