I am excited to share this PSA with you, fellow earthlings! It's open enrollment time in the NPA, although I think it's always been a free-for-all, of one sort or another. Everyone can afford the equipment, there is no registration required. And – you can 'open carry' or concealed carry your deadly weapons merely with the addition of mittens. With an infinite history to draw upon, the NPA will have a retro appeal to some. For others, the savings in ammo,gun acquisition, fines, restraining orders and range time – will allow you to travel the four corners of the globe, meeting and punching new friends…And that's priceless.
