To be serious for a moment, Voter Suppression Advocates – otherwise known as Republicans, would force every citizen to pass the official test in order to vote. I assume that the elected blowhards will exclude themselves from testing, else they would soon be both out of a job – and unable to vote the other guy – who is rumored to be Kenyan, out.
