BTW, Kentucky takes $1.51 for every dollar they put in to the federal government. New York it’s $.70. Kentucky is TWICE the moocher state as New York. In fact Southern states are almost twice the drag on the welfare state than the rest of the country. It’s why they still don’t have dentists or shoe stores.
