And that is not the worst of it. At the same time the same Russian Duma passed another law making “insulting religious believers’ feelings” a criminal offense punishable by a fine of up to $15,000, up to 200 hours of compulsory labor, or up to three years in prison. It won passage on vote of 308 to 2. That means there are at least TWO politicians in Russia who are not drinking two quarts of vodka a day.
These laws are of course directed at those girls from Hell, Pussy Riot. It is like a vote of 436 to nothing AGAINST Pussy Riot. BTW, one of them got off but two are doing 2 years in a Russian Slammer. They are lesbians.
