As we close in on November 4th with free market unregulated economic ideology driving the GOP into oblivion, Republicans must play the race card to try and pull it out. Having been transcendent now for a generation, Republicans know that we are a nation of idiots and this nasty jingo, racist, intolerant crap works well with idiots.
Presently the newest GOP code word for African Americans is "subprime". It i they who Republicans claim are responsible for all our present economic woes. Though "Lazy Crackheads" is still the private definition down here in Dumbutt, Texas.
Americans are most famous around the world for downplaying our racist nature which we wrote into our constitution, while half of us deny the Civil War was race or slavery, and more than half of us believe that 200 years of slavery and 150 years of Apartheid do not matter in the separate and unequal reality of African American life. Jesus loves our flag and so we can do no wrong. Celebrate! Celebrate! Celebrate!
The top racist issue of this past generation has been Affirmative Action. One can click around the standard racist hate sites and find that issue at the very top of every one of their lists since Martin Luther King said,
“A society that has done something special against the Negro for hundreds of years must now do something special for the Negro.”
[Though over the past years or so hating Mexicans has taken top priority]
There are two kinds of racists in America, the intellectual Republicans and the dirtball conservatives or as Sarah Palin calls them "Joe Sixpacks". That means drunken dirtball conservatives.
Here is an example of the intellectual spin recently penned by Neo Conservative pundit Charles "Lipless" Krauthammer who is speaking of the so called "reverse racism" regarding Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
"Racism is treating people differently and invidiously on the basis of race. Had any white presidential candidate had a close 20-year association with a white preacher overtly spreading race hatred from the pulpit, that candidate would have been not just universally denounced and deemed unfit for office but written out of polite society entirely."
Notice the word "invidiously"? The intellectual game of using words that most people, especially drunken dirtball conservatives who read his crap, do not understand. To confuse the issue. It is NOT about "differently" or "hostility" it IS about "oppression" and "inferiority" which this lipless neocon racist knows that damn well you betcha!
And here is an example of the same thing by a conservative dirtball Joe Sixpack in an email he sent to Lisa Falkenberg in a recent column she wrote for the Houston Chronicle.

Bet you can’t do it!" 72 year old George Dolan from Sugarland (Home District of Tom Delay). Mr Dolan represents most Texans, most Southerners (and Idaho) and almost most Americans.
First and foremost 90% of blacks vote for Democrats no matter what their race, so the very premise of this racist swill is just so much crap, which of course makes his conclusion even sillier than he is. And secondly it has not been Blacks who have for over 300 years oppressed whites under the claim that they are inferior human beings, which is what racism is. Racism IS NOT being angry at having suffered oppression, that is well directed anger.
In the world of Affirmative Action there are two individuals who stand below even the most hardened racists in the world, both conservative Republican African American men. Ward Connerly and Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Both the loudest voices against Affirmative Action in America. Connerly’s entire life spent going from state to state to push for ballot propositions to do whatever he can to push blacks backwards out of the middle class. White people pay him well.
Clarence Thomas who was mortally wounded by Anita Hill is so full of hatred for his liberals, his own race and himself he like George W. Bush has the honor of being the worst to have ever held their respective offices. The most powerful voice in America against Affirmative Action had this to say in 1983. The hypocrisy is beyond sanity.
“Affirmative action is critical to minorities and women in this society… But for affirmative action laws, God only knows where I would be today. These laws and their proper application are all that stand between the first 17 years of my life and the second 17 years.” Clarence Thomas 1983.
