Currently serving a three-year probation for security shenanigans, James O’Keefe is in a world of legal trouble again. Although, from O’Keefe’s perspective, it’s certainly no ‘crime’ to break major voting laws in the service of the Republican Party.
The mere fact that O’Keefe isn’t incarcerated yet should give him every reason to expect a ticker tape parade rather than jail time. After all, he did raise New Hampshire’s’ voter fraud statistics by 1200% completely alone; and he may be the help Republicans need to succeed in banning at least 21 million law-abiding voters, who can’t be trusted. Many of that number are minorities, lower and middle class and most importantly – Democrats.
RJ Adds: Here it is again. What is the issue that so infuriates both O’Keefe and Breitbart? In this one he is defending Republican voter suppression laws that affect mostly African Americans. Pimping ACORN, an inner city organization to help African Americans in housing and voting rights. Then his arrest and conviction for trying to tap Senator Landreau’s office phone to prove something about the horror of the new Health Care bill that is a helping hand to the millions of African Americans who are not insured. All with Andrew Breithbart helping him along. Breitbart himself became famous after his attack on the NAACP with his video which he edited to present the direct opposite of what Shirley Sherrod actually said. In fact it was so onerous that it resulted in a new term to define dishonest video editing, "Breitbarting".
But of course this is not racism or racist or has anything to do with race. It is just Republicans being Republicans. Well the Ron Paul Libertarian area of Republicans.
