If you’ve ever known anyone with Constant Angry Voice Syndrome, you know the terror these often lovely people can strike in the hearts of the uninitiated. Their volume control is broken, and they tend to be excitable by nature. I’ve known several of these folks, and somehow still managed to draw one for a MIL. True to form, she sounds the exactly the same when she’s happy as she does when she’s addressing me!
