Jimmy Kimmel and a group of armed blind people head for the shooting range, where the targets became an endangered species, and the group proved that even a blind person can shoot fairly accurately with a guide. Identifying the target/burglar at home alone could prove to be problematic.
State law makes it illegal to deny anyone a license to own a firearm based on a disability, according to the Director of Public Relations of the Federation of the Blind. The reasoning behind the law is fairly obvious; but should exclusions be made for some disabilities?
