Things were looking grim earlier this week when the Los Angeles City Council voted to ban all medical marijuana dispensaries within the city limits. John Walsh featured here, represents the feelings of those who have come to depend upon the dispensaries, and he doesn’t use them! The good news is that of the 762 stores affected, 170 will be allowed to remain open. Better yet, for those who prefer to go old school and grow their own, they’re allowed to grow enough for their own use, and to share with up to three very sick friends.
