I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize for demeaning and making fun of all shows presented in starlight green. Besides the Bigfoot, the Ghost, the UFO and the Ancient Astronauts programing, I would also like to apologize to anything I have or will say about swamp people, Boo Boo people, alligator people and not to forget the toothless women of the Florida Pan Handle. These shows may celebrate silliness and ignorance but unlike DOOMSDAY PREPPERS do not promote gun play, gun fun, gun violence, assault rifles and high capacity magazines FOR CHILDREN along with the racism, hate, sedition, treason, and their hopes and dreams of someday getting to shoot their neighbors.
I would also like to say I am all for taking a serious look at violence in the movies. For there are no movie actors who take more joy in shooting and killing, who insure we all understand how much they like killing, than John Wayne and Clint Eastwood. I know we can all live without them or their more modern counterparts, Bruce Willis, The Arnold and The Rambo. Though I must admit these latter action stars do not have as much fun killing people as Wayne and Eastwood. I just watched a John Wayne movie called JAKE where he killed a dozen people and had to be held back from killing both his sons who gave him some sass. Make My Day role models.
Video games? You know back when it all began it was only open season on Nazis, aliens, orcs, goblins, trolls, the undead and ducks. Maybe that wasn’t such a bad idea.
