In the wake of almost weekly school shootings, Sam Bee talks with active shooter response training expert and former Israel Special Forces Op Alon Stivi about what makes America Unique.
Several states have made student shooter drills mandatory, believing that students can fight back when faced with an armed shooter. Parents actually went to the ballot box and voted to teach their children to overpower someone carrying an automatic weapon. It apparently makes more sense to them than regulating firearms, and Sam Bee attempts to find out exactly how she as a parent, needs to adapt in this violent country. Sam learns that it is up to all of us to adapt, because – while we “can do anything” in the U.S. we can’t change gun laws.
