When in Seattle, the masked man – or woman you see may well be one of the good guys – or a mugger. Thorn, Green Reaper, Penelope, and Phoenix Jones are part of the Rain City Superhero Movement – patrolling the streets and fighting crime in tights, capes, masks…well superhero garb. The movement has caught on nationally, encouraging those who’ve always dreamed of embracing their super powers to live out their dreams.
Police aren’t as enthused as one might believe. It’s understandable when you consider that eccentrically dressed and masked people in the night aren’t always up to peaceful purposes, and good guys can be mistaken for the bad guys they seek to thwart.
