So what do you think went on at that North Carolina University to put that picture of two white guys winning the race against a woman and a black guy on the cover of that magazine? Is North Carolina so backward even college students don’t know what the Hell they are doing? Do they have a bad school of communications? Do they know what they are doing and just don’t care? Didn’t anyone take notice? Are fraternities in charge of publishing magazines there? I really have no idea.
