The original title of this video was What has Sarah Palin learned in a year? From all appearances, she’s learned that speechifyin’ pays much better than governing or fancy pageant walkin ever could. When you’re speaking in her league, you’re paid whether the derrieres stay in the seats or not, those are some valuable lessons.
She’s learned some other very important tidbits as well. One cannot help but applaud her Facebook entry today which rails against anti-Semitism, as witnessed at the U.N. General Assembly. It’s a pity she didn’t and is not capable of having written it, but it’s no secret that a team of writers now make important Facebook entries. We may well witness the first political campaign conducted without a face to face interview, if she can maintain her Facebook audience. Live interviews haven’t worked out well for her in the past after all. This point is
painfully demonstrated than in the short video clip presented where Palin was recently asked about her novice answer early in the previous campaign, when she made the infamous Putin comment. Given an opportunity to clear the air and
defend herself, her response was along the lines of, " It’s funny that a comment like that was kinda made to .. uh you know." It’s time to applaud the faceless Facebook writers.
Shannyn Moore of Huffington joins Countdown and makes some salient observations as to the protection afforded Palin on Facebook, as well as how out of sync her euphemistic speech writer’s comments today were with Palin supporters who draw Hitler moustaches and worse on our President. Moore suggests we remember Palin’s pals Dick Cheney and William Kristol, and is extremely aware of just how diabolically well Facebook could work for Palin!
