As we totter on the edge of sequestration, the funny folks at 'Laugh To Not Cry' rightly feel that Oscar recognition is due to those who have made this nightmare possible, while armed with only the bull-headed resolve to refuse to cooperate at any cost. I do mean ANY cost! Let the country roll to a stand-still, Republicans will not give an inch.
