Let’s see now, time and again Republicans have boldly stated that revenues of any sort, including just going back to the 3% George W Bush gave the wealthy is OFF THE TABLE. So Cantor explains, spewing the Republican line, that unless we take money from some place else, we will give not money to those who have lost everything in Joplin, Mo, or wherever disaster rears its head. That someplace else will not be millionaires and billionaires, the money Cantor needs will come from the sick, the poor, the elderly, children’s education, teachers, working people, unions, college tuition and the unemployed. It is not Eric Cantor, it is not Paul Ryan, it is the Republican Party.
I have been noticing not a few conservative friends of mine complaining about Gov Perry, Paul Ryan and Eric Cantor. What they do not seem to understand, or refuse to accept, is that is not Rick Perry, Paul Ryan or Eric Cantor, they are only representing the Republican Party.
The problem being, if one really hates blacks, Mexicans and smart people, and really love guns and Jesus, as Mick Jagger once said, "What can a poor boy do?" BTW, the answer to that was, "fighting in the street."
