Come on Nikki! Mr Colbert is not as crazy as present South Carolina Senator Jim DeMint. Or come to think of it, that crazy war Senator who is in love with General Patraeus, Lindsey Graham.
This in not as far fetched as it may seem. If Colbert got serious about it, just like Al Franken in Minnesota, he could certainly win the Democratic primary beginning about a year out from now. And win the election! After all, it looks as if he would be running against an African-American Tea Party fanatic who is may very well be an extraterrestrial because he has no ears.
