There is little difference between Republicans Marco Rubio, Paul Rand, Ted Nugent and Karl Rove other than semantics. Also keep in mind that Marco Rubio came to power as a Tea Party darling, Rand Paul and Ted Nugent are celebrity stars of the Tea Party while Karl Rove fed that Tea Party beast for a couple years until he lost most of a billion dollars in the last election because of them.
