Civil Rights leader Julian Bond says he is right and Justice Scalia is wrong on the entire issue of civil rights and the Voting Rights Act. FLF Justice Scalia is also wrong about everything else. So what's new?
Voting is a racial entitlement? I mean gee… Feed that FLF an extra dozen Big Macs a day. For I have it on good authority (Bubba) that once one achieves a girth wider than one's height, that they can no longer sit in a chair and spend most of their time having someone roll them from plate to plate. Remember we can't impeach Scalia for being an a whole, but we can impeach Thomas for taking bribes.
And you know, Scalia may have something about legislatures afraid to act on some unpopular necessities, like impeaching the only black guy on the court. So perhaps Scalia himself could lead impeachment proceedings against Clarence Thomas. After all, Thomas on the court is THE racial entitlement of all racial entitlements.
