There are more than a few issues going back and forth in all this. Like a pre made sign saying the racist is a Soros plant. Or that the Tea Party admin gun is trying to get rid of him. And that we find Nikki Haley hired a campaign advisor who was a member of the racist group Counsel of Concerned Citizens. And then there is the bet between the Tea Party and Wonkette. Not to mention this all from the movie honoring Andrew Breitbart as a great and wonderful hatemonger of our time, HATING BREITBART.

What got me interested is not all the intrigue of it, but the comments on that Mediate page. Those very defenses of racism we hear all the time, and I mean ALL THE TIME if you live down here in Dumbutt. Democrats WERE the racist party. Senator Byrd WAS in the Klan. Jeremiah Wright and Barack Obama are MORE racist. I did not own slaves. Liberals are the racists. I have burned no crosses. I love Clarence Thomas. I love Ward Connerly. I love Herman Cain. All of which means no Southerner or Republican can possible be a racist.
In that article one comment asks us to go attend a Tea Party rally to see what is really going on. I DID. It was 100% WHITE AS SNOW. Not one sign was driven by policy, they were all about hating Obama for one reason or another. And other than grandchildren it was upwards of 80% fat old farts in folding chairs with coolers full of Hostess products and prune juice. I can also safely say that my Explorer was the crummiest car in the parking lot.
It’s all about denying reality with the use of semantic mumbo jumbo. Much like talking to a Evangelical Christian. Again for you. The central political dynamic in this country is I DON’T WANT MY TAX MONEY SUPPORTING LAZY NEGROES. I suppose I am just yelling something that every single one of us already knows to be true, but realize it doesn’t do any good bringing it up, so why bother. A black president only made it worse.
