. Gosh, what with North Carolina already having lost billions of dollars and thousands of jobs because of this transgender bigotry, the top priority for talk show host and now Texas Lt Governor Dan Patrick is to insure not only the same for Texas but to also make sure transgender people do not stray far enough from home to have to take a pee.
Down here in Trumplandia with Republicans in control of everything from Corpus Christi North one would think this would pass unanimously, but Republican commerce and employer groups are giving it a fight.
Dan Patrick who is founded in evangelical fundamentalism, intolerance and bigotry had this to say while making it a legislative priority:
“We know it’s going to be a tough fight. The forces of fear and misinformation will pull out all the stops, both in Texas and nationally. But we know we’re on the right side of the issue, and we’re on the right side of history.” Texas Governor Dan Patrick saying the dumbest thing I ever heard.
If you were not aware Dan Patrick is dead set upon replacing Donald Trump in 2024. I would suppose with the idea that we should cheer up about Donald Trump because it could be worse.
The only question concerning religion having caused and still causing the most intolerance, bigotry and hate in the world is whether one thinks intolerance, bigotry and hate are good things or bad things. And please do not put that to a Trump supporter or you will end up very sad in a bigly way.
