Golfer’s dog leaves cart to run to play with other dogs in nearby open yard. Home owner Robert McInchak shoots dog with .22. Dog returns to owner and friends bleeding. Owner says "Shoot my dog shoot me." So from 25 feed, Robert McInchak shot and killed the owner. Robert McInchak in in jail on $200,000 bail. But this being Texas, "property rights" and "castle laws" are sure to find the Grand Jury giving this ultimate a whole a break.
