At the DNC it was Katy Perry, Carole King, Lenny Kravitz, and Meryl Streep.
Political Power?
At the RNC it was Virginia Fox, Rudy Giuliani, Chris Christie, Ben Carson, Mike Pence, Newt and Callista Gingrich, Peter Thiel and Jerry Falwell Jr.
At the DNC it was President Obama, First lady Michelle Obama, President Clinton, President Carter, Vice President Joe Biden and Republican Michael Bloomberg,
Event?
Even Republicans are saying the Democratic convention was upbeat and perfectly planned and executed. On the other hand the Republican convention for Republicans hopefully forgettable.
Mood?
The RNC was dark, depressing, and ugly playing to only fear, anger and white nationalism for a fascist who says he alone can fix America.
The DNC was bright, hopeful and happy playing to Americans of optimism for all colors, religions and ethnicities for a over qualified woman who says we can only fix America together.
But sadly, Trumpism is on the march and none of that means a thing to the Republican Base. But you know, Trumpism is not anything new, it is just a new word for the same old Tea Party people who have finally found a proper leader for their ugly buffoonery. But I must say a step up from Cliven Bundy and Ben Carson.
