The four big takeaways from the Ford / Kavanaugh hearing

Many many years ago America’s greatest poet explained Lindsay Graham’s meltdown at the Kavanaugh hearings.

“If the facts are against you, argue the law. If the law is against you, argue the facts. If the law and the facts are against you, pound the table and yell like hell.” -Carl Sandburg

Sadly there was no pubic hair or blue dress but there were two big takeaways.

“He laughed at me while he tried to rape me.” Dr. Christine Beasley Ford

“Do you personally think the FBI should investigate her claims?” Senator Durban
Followed by the most uncomfortable dead silence in television history by Brett Kavanaugh.

Kavanaugh says a vast left wing conspiracy is out to get him blaming his sexual attack on “the far left wing” and “the Clintons.”   Kavanaugh showed himself to be a belligerent, angry, right-wing activist he has always been who now has no place on any court anywhere. A win win for their hord.
Tax breaks for the wealthy, overturning protections for the people and the planet and women are liars. There you have it, the GOP TRIFECTA for the midterm elections. A real winner in that area the rest of us FLY OVER for good reason.
And of course the most telling poll since Trump began his run to the White House.
72% of Republicans believe Trump is a role model for their children.

This after not only 19 women coming forward to claim Trump sexually harassed them but Trump himself bragging that he sexual harassed women by grabbing them in the crotch.  On the back of Jesus Christ no less.
