Newtie Pie Gingrich is rumored to have big political aspirations in 2012, which means he’d better drive a wedge between those two darlings of the teabagger clan – Palin and Bachmann.
The former House Speaker is on a roll, after all. According to Gingrich, the reason the Republicans have focused on obstructing any positive legislation, including their own input
into the health care bill is quite simply – not their fault. It is the fault of the President who spent over a year reaching across the aisle in an effort to achieve a bi-partisan bill.
Imagine how Gingrich must feel, all of that effort, and to be called "The Party of No" how unfair. During a speech at the Heritage Foundation, Gingrich made it known that he would endeavor to shut government down, much as he attempted to do during Clinton’s administration.
He’s not attractive, particularly bright, certainly not positive or moral, but Eye of Newt is predictable.
