Gold: Rush Limbaugh asks the question,"Why isn’t WACO memorialized in exactly the same way as the victims of today’s Oklahoma City anniversary?" For that matter, why not Ruby Ridge as well? In his mission as the anti-peacemaker, Limbaugh goes on to lay blame, while overlooking the stomach-turning reasons that WACO became part of the American lexicon. For an audience trained in the short attention span form of "journalism" it’s one more reason to be angry without thinking much a’tall.
Silver: Sarah Palin: Silver, gold, and lots of folding green stuff too! The Sarah PAC expenditures make for a fascinating read. The grifta from Wasilla can raise money! Apparently, she can also spend it in intriguing – if wildly unbalanced ways. I hope gramma’s cats didn’t go hungry for this!
Bronze: Kelsey Grammer figure head, and RightNetwork take home the dubious honors. Touting partners such as Comcast (not true), the network which is "Too far right for Fox" sounds
oddly like a right wing attempt at Jon Stewart’s Daily Show, claiming to poke fun at both sides of the political spectrum. Perhaps this is an attempt to rally the Republican side of the Tea Party bridge? Whatever their plans may be, one important element has not been considered;humor and the right wing are as compatible as their attempts at frolicsome dancing
during campaign rallies.
