Perhaps this story would die a dignified death, but I doubt it.Today, Tiger was in British court blocking the clothesless photos, or videos including sexual activity, all of which he claims don’t exist. Meanwhile, the scorned women who haven’t been paid off are busy as well, while his fortune vanishes before his eyes.
Ms Grubbs, one who was not paid off immediately, and has a boyfriend with a knack for making a buck from his girlfriend’s steamy affairs, has released a new set of sizzling hot text messages between herself and Tiger today. Isn’t it sweet that she saved every hot and steamy message between them for two years! Times those messages by the actual number of women in Tiger’s life, at last count eleven and growing, and this scandal could be front page news for some time to come. A moment certainly touched me tpday. When Ms Grubbs claimed
she thought she was the “Only woman in his life” and that he was just busy. What a shock it must have been for her! Who did she think the elegant woman
appearing with him at award shows, and taking care of his children was? I hope they all don’t underestimate us this badly.
Gerald Posner, author Miami Babylon and Chaos at Tiger Inc lists the sponsors who are showing signs of bailing on Tiger, and just how much money his indiscretions are adding up to on a staggering monetary level, that is truly difficult to comprehend! As long time sponsor Gillette stated “You’re not the same Tiger we signed.” When you hear the figures, and your head clears, you too will get the feeling that others feel the same way about Shifting Tiger. Tiger was the epitome of a clean cut, talented athelete whom we literally watched grow up, with his amazing talent. Now, with a wife and two children, money beyond belief, and as they say, the world was his oyster. We simply didn’t realize he used his celebrity to seek out the bottom fish, who were quick to turn on him, when it looked as though no more bait was forthcoming.
Posner closes with the sad truth in America. When our idols fall, we quickly forgive them when they admit having no control over their “addictions” and are in re-hab before the ink dries on the first story. There are no signs of this from Tiger,just as there was no discretion with his playmates. He felt free
to disclose personal phone numbers, text messages, and now hints of clothesless photos and more. These are all things men with something to hide do not disclose. sometimes I wonder if he suffers from Michael Jackson syndrome to some extent,
never really having had a childhood, or learning the ways of the world. Right now his sponsors aren’t feeling so philosophical, and Tiger doesn’t seem to be wising up. I can’t say I blame them.
