Gold: Seldom do we have so many golden stars of shame to award in one night, but President Obama’s State of the Union Speech seemed to bring out the worst in all of them. Note none say anything substantive about his speech, they’ve all placed focus on personal attacks of Obama himself, speaks volumes of them, hey? Try to match the pundit to the remark about "the speech." First, our Gold winners today: Glenn Beck, Erick Erickson, John Stossel, Jay Nordlinger, Marc Thiessen, and John Hood. Comments ranged from "cocky" "arrogant, or looks arrogant,"
"defensive, arrogant" and "flippant," to "like a punk!" Is a pattern apparent to you too? It’s not about what President Obama says or does, it’s about his skin color for the repetitive racist right wing of media.
Silver: Rudy Giuliani, who whined that the President didn’t mention war at all in his address, how careless of The President! For fun with Rudy, each time President Obama
mentions the word "war’ do something silly, marking it in your own way. If you imbibe this game will instantly make sense to you, cheers!
Bronze: Karl Rove, while holding forth at Fox News, Brian Kilmeade asked the wise Turdblossom to gaze into his magic crystal and comment on one aspect of the President’s speech last night. Forget the crystal ball, Rove had overlooked even recent history, and in doing so proclaimed even the beloved Bushes, and saintly Reagans as "Weak!"
