Steve Cutts’ funky thirties style animation invites us to view a world in which humans are completely absorbed by tiny objects which are never far from their noses, cutting off all human contact, and endangering the bearer. Cleverly drawn and haunting, we see the world through the eyes of a small person, who tries desperately to be seen by his fellow creatures on earth. While he wanders, he sees people so engrossed in Twitter or Candy Crush that they walk right into manholes and over cliffs. We have never had so much knowledge at our fingertips, nor have we had the ability to be so connected. Oddly, we are more alone than ever. Cutts says the system is failing..Does anyone notice?
