Apple users were portrayed as bold revolutionaries in the 1984 Superbowl commercial. Following their ads through the years to the present is extremely revealing. As Apple added more ‘i’ products, and we filled their coffers with cash, we – the consumers appear to have grown dimmer in Apple ads. When did it happen and what did we do to lose their respect? Was it when we camped out for weeks waiting for the latest ‘i’ product? That shows loyalty not stupidity or gullibility…Right?
