There you have it. Ted Cruz born n Canada. This not from some stinking liberal or ratfaced Democrat, but from the
most conservative right-wing lunatic in the Senate. What a slap in the face to Donald Trump, who is in the clown car with Ted. So ends the Birther movement. Right? Or do we underestimate the hypocrisy of these boneheads? Or perhaps it’s jus
t that Africa is foreign and Canada not so much? Though I am sure race has nothing to do with this. In fact as Republicans will tell you, race has nothing to do with anything at all. Not even the war of Northern Aggression.
This piece did get me thinking of who will be in the clown car in the coming 2016 Republican primaries. It seems that so far we will have Ted Cruz (Tea Party), Rick Santorum (Tea Party), Marco Rubio (Tea Party), Donald Trump (Tea Party) and driver Rand Paul (Tea Party) all in the front seat. The back seat is still vacant for the projected crazy white woman and black nutjob who seem to make it into these Republican primaries. Chris Christie would take up the entire back seat so he will need his own car.
The horror in all this is that the clown car makes Chris Christie – who is rabidly pro life, anti gay and pro Hostess – seem like a moderate. He is also well liked because he enjoys telling people to go fk themselves. That’s a big plus no matter one’s politics. Though somewhat of a problem regarding world diplomacy.
BTW, Chris Matthews last night predicted that Rand Paul will be the 2016 Republican nominee for President of the United States… Shades of 1964.
