Jimmy Kimmel makes the Republican debate come alive by merging clips from the cartoon ‘Wacky Races’ and audio from the Republican debate – in particular, the argument between Trump, Kasich, Rubio, Jeb and Penelope Pitstop Fiorina over the mass deportation of immigrants.
The zany cartoon race lends a bit of excitement to the illogical debate sideline in which Dick Dastardly – (Trump), extols the virtues of one of President Eisenhower’s most shameful decisions. Kasich tries to be the sane voice of reason,and Jeb! tries to use his voice – period. Carly Fiorina butts in to remind everyone to keep their priorities straight, and to kick out Obamacare along with all of those families.
I wonder, does the mass deportation include babies, children and other members of the family who were born in the United States? Well, babies obviously can’t support themselves, so off they go! I’m confident the Republicans will work out the finer points after the race. At this point, Dick Dastardly still has a lot of fans who love him for his dedication to hating the same people they hate. Never-mind he wants to keep his fans poor by refusing to raise the minimum wage, and will work to keep them from unionizing. It looks as though hate can blind Trump’s fans to their own self interest in this race!
