Jimmy Kimmel and his staff created a surprise for Donald Trump, a children’s book ‘ghost-written’ by Jimmy. A beaming Trump listened as Kimmel read the book called ‘Winners Aren’t Losers” aloud.
The Seuss-like tome cleverly captured the ‘winning’ attitude of Trump, which by default means that others are losers; but I can’t help but feel that he missed at least one of the references. The frog-kicking page clearly refers to Mexican immigration and Trump’s infamous wall. Another page works in a mention of Trump’s ‘wives from the Ukraine.” It is the last scenario that Trump may have missed. The reference hearkens back to Trump’s claim that John McCain is not a war hero, because he was captured and spent years as a POW.*By the way, Donald Trump didn’t serve in the military at all. In the story Trump – points to a lobster saying; “This lobster’s a loser. Throw him in the pot! I like a lobster who doesn’t get caught!”
One lobster who didn’t get caught was Jimmy Kimmel. He conducted a nice, cordial interview, yet got his points across throughout – and like the lobster in hot water, The Donald didn’t feel a thing.
