Letterman: Herman Cain being a dumbass again, Libya who?

Herman Cain and Dave touched on several key topics through the new perspective that Cain is a jokester – not an ignoramus. Who knew? Sadly they didn’t mention Libya, a topic known to be a gaffe in Cain’s pre-jokester days. When put on the spot, surely he was thinking "I know who she is, but I just can’t place her right away."
