In an ideal world, according to Rick ‘Frothy’ Santorum, only he, his family and the specialists who attend them would have degrees. Other than a few wealthy over-achievers, no one would have a degree, and would be perfectly qualified to perform surgery! You see? The opportunities are opening before your very eyes. This is a far different world than Obama envisions where college is an accessible goal to those who are so inclined, as are trade schools for those who are not. What a snob!
