To Perry it was pure silliness – "with strings." However,.in summer of 2009 he asked feds for a loan to cover expenses, and accepted most of 17 BILLION in stimulus funds. Today, this financial genius is still in the red ink. He’s spending money on important things however, like the new $888 million dollar Ignoramus Textbooks. They will be his legacy, and cornerstone of The Country of Texas…if he can pay for them. Maybe they can hold bake sales during the Joe McCarthy Days Festival !
