If we assume that “Corporations are people too, my friend” as Mitt Romney informed us; doesn’t it stand to reason that we (the people) should follow the lead of corporations in all things financial? We can be the ‘makers’ whose wealth trickles down – as legend has it. We too will find tax loopholes, ship our money safely overseas and not waste a penny on taxes! Someone else will fund fire departments, police, public schools, roads and all of the numerous things the government would squander your hard earned fortune on! Let’s see how it works out when one ordinary man decides to make money the old fashioned way – like the wealthy do! The man who steals $60 is a thief. The man who steals $600 million is a banker…Guess which one will go to jail?
